Our company was entrusted with the "CM-at-risk" service through a public proposal type contractor selection, including project promotion and fund procurement.
We delivered the plan, design, procurement, and construction management service. We adopted an "open book method" in the procurement to ensure the transparency of the process.
We provided a total management service including the AV equipment, furniture, laboratory instruments and the relocation as well as the building facilities construction.

We took part in the project from the start-up phase, and provided a total management service including the selection of the designer, design supervision, contractor selection support and construction management.

Part of the campus redevelopment project. This campus is mainly used by two departments, the Department of Manga and the Department of Design of the Faculty of Arts.
