Project Outline

  • This project had executed for extremely short period as this scale of project, such as for 15 months. Branches had spread in 5 places in Tokyo, one of them build in 1929, and gathered in a brand new building in Osaki, where is completely different circumstance.
  • Our project team had been supporting with various services, i.e. the FM team to locate in the client office as a in-house FMer and the CM team to be on-site to manage construction of C-work.
  • Facility is fulfilled for hard side, such as well studied security planning, and BCP, and soft side for staff such as a canteen of 800 seat, a seminar room of 360 seat.

  • We had been proceeding the project all staff involved with the slogan “Power Idea Camp” and aimed to be Consumer Activation Company.
  • The project was focused on creating active communication office, with ‘group free access’ work-style, and ‘Village’, ‘Park café’ and ‘Idea lounge’ etc. for staff communication.
  • New infrastructure of ICT was launched, which accelerated staff’s radical change in consciousness.

  • The four demonstration rooms and the seminar room with the capacity of 100 people are designed to enhance the show room effect and also improved working conditions of employees.

  • Based on "connect" as the office concept, expressed an "office connecting people (exchange with people)", "office connecting information (sharing information)" and "office connecting the future (innovative spirit)" in the layout, design and function.
  • A shared-desk style was adopted for the entire working area to adapt to changes and facilitate cross-functional communication.
  • In the relocation to the newly constructed building we leveraged our comprehensive ability of the design & PM to realize the move in within a short period, by bringing backward the design schedule and bringing forward the move-in day.
