Project Outline

  • Restoration project of the plant stricken by the Great East Japan Earthquake. Along with the quick restoration of the production facility, we provided management service for construction of a new office building with evacuation functions for countermeasure against tsunami (giving human life the top priority).
  • We delivered the master plans of the office building and welfare buildings, procurement support, design management and construction management. Focusing on speed to realize a quick restoration, we supported the project implementation within the budget while ensuring quality.
  • We also focused on the designability of the office building and welfare building as a symbol of recovery. We proposed a design suitable for the control building that was restored first, and provided construction supervision.

Project Outline

  • For the purpose of renewing the air conditioning heat exchanger which reached its service life, improvement in the energy saving performance and improvement in the simplification of maintenance management, we provided a PM service with the aim of suppressing the costs concerning the repair work of the air conditioning heat exchanger and air conditioning system, and smooth implementation of business.
  • We delivered the schematic design, procurement support, design management and construction management. For the purpose of organizing a competitive environment, we adopted a design-build procurement method to realize a reduction of the initial costs. The efficacy in the reduction of the running costs will also be proved as a result of the operation in this fiscal year.
