Message from CEO

It will be 30 years in September 2010 since our establishment, and it has been 20 years since we started providing open and transparent project management services for office fit outs, consolidation and building construction projects.
Over the past years we have received much support and encouragement from our clients and stakeholders, and we are proud of being a leading company in the Construction Management industry in Japan. And, now, with our newly formed global alliance partnership with The Cyril Sweett Group and Widnell Sweett, we are pleased to be able to help our international clients wherever they are located.

In the construction and renovation projects for commercial buildings, school facilities, hospitals, factories and railway stations, through defining our clients' needs (deliverable cost and achievable schedule) we provide services that truly meet the clients’ demands.

Our experienced professionals have been working hard to provide services that are of better quality, better price and faster in delivery in each of the processes of design, procurement and construction management.

In our many successful office projects, we have improved our clients’ productivity through innovation of work style by utilising digital technologies and, through our high level design, we have increased the motivation of workers, helped capture new talent and improved retention rates.

Our CRE and FM department provides services for multiple-site new fit-out, consolidation and relocation projects to suit corporate business strategies by using on-line collaboration work systems and delivering projects to meet the clients’ expectations.

Our successful projects, based on our unique “Design and CM methods”, are the result of an accumulation of our past 20 years of efforts combined with a high professionalism, strong management skills, backed by our ethics of transparency and our belief that our service is a real competitive advantage and of real value.

In this rapidly changing, global world, there are ever increasing needs for fairness and transparency in business, and we believe that our Construction Management method of “open-book process” is more than ever a prerequisite for doing business.

We will never forget our unbiased stance and stated aim of providing true professional services and we will continue to pledge our utmost efforts to each and every client.

Sincerely,

July, 2010
