Our design and project management services are based on our Construction Management methodology. We support our clients’ decision making by clearly explaining the work processes/work flows necessary and completing projects on time and within their requirements for quality and cost. Through our professional services we support our clients to enhance their corporate governance and their contribution to society.
We consider building client trust is most important in order to provide services. Based on our corporate ethics of “fairness” and “transparency” and to provide client focused services as professional project managers, all of our employees, including our CEO, have signed an agreement of compliance to be aware of their responsibilities and to implement proper, ethical, corporate governance.
Meiho is committed to the environment by setting our “Environment CM Policy” and by providing services to support reduction of environmental impact, promote eco-friendly construction and institute sustainable facility operations. We are committed to achieving our clients’ environmental goals through our services and to propose ideas for a “sustainable future”. For example, in the project planning stages we study the possibilities for green purchasing, reuse policies, reduction and minimisation of waste, surveying carbon footprints and setting reduction plans and targets etc. Within our own office, we have reduced the use of paper, implemented an energy conservation plan and are continuously working to reduce our own carbon footprint.
Meiho is an equal opportunities employer and we do not tolerate discrimination of any kind within our organisation or in our dealings with outside persons or organisations. We promote maternity leave and offer flexible working conditions to new mothers wishing to return to work. We sponsor several Sports and Interests groups to help our people stay fit, healthy and happy and to allow them to develop their own activities and family life. We believe in providing opportunities for personal development and in addition to running our own in-house learning centre (PM college) we also have a constant bulletin board system to keep everyone up to date with changes in professional codes, practices and regulations. We also encourage self-study and social interaction.
