Through our internal educational program, “PM college” and “e-learning system”, we continually share our knowledge and develop our professional skills.
We control project costs, throughout the project by careful budget planning, tender estimate assessment and change order evaluation. We have our own in-house cost data base developed from our project flow of over 1,000 projects a year. Our Meiho team uses this data base as a benchmark for our evaluations and assessments.
Our projects have won the Nikkei New Office Advancement Award 6 years in a row and a total of 12 awards have been received. The Quality of our design is widely recognized.
